The High Court Accepts Case of "Dole V. Gyrobo"

As the Chief Justice of the Board of Judicial Justice and Funny Hats, I, Karl √úberdale, do hereby accept the case brought against Evil Bob Dole by Lord Gyrobo the Awesome. This case will test the mettle of the High Court, and set the stage for whatever future the Frozen Lower Blogosphere has. Hearings on the case begin tomorrow at noon. That's right, I make people go to work on Sundays. Want to fight about it?! I thought not. And for those of you who still don't "get" it, here's my actual profile.

The Chief Justice has spoken!

There have been 8 Cries of Anguish:

Bob Dole thinks:

Any Supreme Court has no business interfering in an Election, unless ofcourse a recount process is currently being violated.

I have been looking very carefully at the case, and have hereby decided that Gyrobo doesn't have a chance in heck at winning.

It is clear to me, that Evil Bob Dole won fairly. But I will atleast let Gyrobo make one last stance.

Your attempts at subterfuge are futile. The real Karl the Sorcerer has the Fires of the Frozen Lower Blogosphere listed as one of his blogs. As you can see for yourselves, I'M the real deal.

The trial starts in fifteen hours.

Just because Evil Bob Dole won the majority vote doesn't mean we can't catch him on some blatantly arbitrary technicality.
